Popped in for a late lunch and really enjoyed everything. Somehow, we were the only table in there around 4pm, which is crazy being that the food was so good!! Highlight is definitely the mushroom rice and the crème brûlée. Our sever Tony was helpful and super sweet.

This is a really cute restaurant in downtown Sierra Made. When I where the restaurant, I was greeted by the server. The restaurant was empty with another table seated in the patio area. It was late on a Sunday evening, so it wasn't busy. The menu is a bit limited. I ordered the spicy pineapple& pomegranate margarita. That was pretty good I had the salmon skin handroll and the yellowtail poke handroll. The salmon skin was very crispy and tasty. Both were delicious. I was thinking about ordering another salmon skin handroll, but decided to have dessert instead. I ordered the miso vanilla bean creme brulee and that had the perfect combination of sweet and savory. The server was very nice and came back to check-up on me often. I would definitely come back just for the salmon skin handroll and the yellowtail poke handroll.

TERIYAKI BURGER This is our second time coming to Roe, and we came back exclusively for the Teriyaki burger. You might ask, "wow, is the burger that good?" And I would respond, "wow, does the sun shine brightest on Gods most chosen heroes of majesty and justice?" And you'd go "what does that even mean?" But by that time I'm ugly crying into a bowl of fruit loops. TERIYAKI BURGER We sat in the same exact seats as last time, and had the same exact server. I don't like using the term server because when someone gives you a teriyaki burger that makes you question your life decisions, they are not so much a server as they are a prophesier, one who guides you to a future you didn't know you deserved. Once again I forgot her name so I'm going to refer to her as the name she rightly deserves from my previous review. Wonder Woman is a great server/partner in our dining experience. She's personable, knowledgeable, and hard working. Sierra Madre benefits greatly from her participation in their daily commerce. The mayor should give her some sort of metal and/or Groupon. TERIYAKI BURGER "What does this have to do with the teriyaki burger?" You ask? NOTHING. SHUT UP! Order the teriyaki burger, it has 2 patties, grilled pineapple, I thought some jalapeno but I could have imagined that, some sort of divine cheese, but on a home made milk bun. The fries are A+ as well. Anywho we will be back soon. We love this place, the drinks are so good, they have this new curry dish that's divine (in the strongest religious form of that word as I can stress without the FBI calling me), and the spicy edamame are kewl too. Amen.

I tried Roe Fusion a while back at a Yelp Elite event and always had it on my mind to return someday on my own. Needless to say, it was definitely worth coming back to! We ordered the Salmon Hand Roll, Tiger Roll and Filet Mignon Fried Rice along with a couple of cocktails. The food and drinks were just as delicious as I had remembered. The salmon was fresh and buttery, and at $5 per handroll, quite the steal. The Tiger Roll was so tasty with its sauces that it didn't require additional soy sauce to enhance its taste. And the fried rice was amazing with chunks of tender beef, fried onions and a smokey wok-fried flavor. Service was great with our waitress checking up on us! I love the elegant yet easygoing ambiance of the restaurant which makes for a lovely date night or gathering with friends.

cute place in the neighborhood. the interior has a urban, hipster vibe. Not a good place if you're looking for authentic Japanese food or looking for a wide variety of sushi. they do their own twist on the cuisine. if you keep an open mind, the food are quite interesting! hand rolls are very light and refreshing, the macaroni is on the rich side and slightly too sweet for my taste. waitress was very jolly and friendly. that certainly elevated the experience.

Ran in for a quick bite before a show at the playhouse across the street. There were a few tables occupied with guests, very quiet restaurant. Service was fast. There was one waitress/bartender. The Row Signature Old Fashioned was STRONG, Ekkk!! and I'm a regular whisky drinker. The waitress offered to make me another or try something else. Instead, I asked for a Coke chaser, she brought me a can of Coke without charge, which helped. I ordered the Tiger sushi roll. It's a go-to for me. It was good but I thought the spicy tuna on top was very mushy, like it was puréed. It was still tasty! I'd recommend this restaurant for a first date or a quiet meal. Sierra Madre is a beautiful quiet little town I didn't know existed.
